ASH'KARA

The Culinary Creative teamed up with chef Daniel Asher and Josh Dinar to create Ash’Kara, which explores the continuous evolution of Israeli cuisine, with ingredients and flavors from across Europe and North Africa, including Yemen, Syria, Morocco, Egypt, Turkey and Spain, into a menu of shareable items from the restaurant’s wood-fired oven, including roasted vegetables, house-made pita, hummus and spreadable sides, large-format proteins, vegetables and sides cooked in traditional Tagine clay pots.”

SOfIA

Sofia is a modern Italian-inspired restaurant that relies on local purveyors, farmers, and fishermen to create a menu featuring house-made pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and oven-roasted meats and fish. The restaurant is partnered with the Sofia foundation to provide scholarships for underserved New Orleans public schools with a focus on musical arts and continuing education.

MAINE SHACK

Drew Ryan, a Maine native, is the mastermind behind Maine Shack, having envisioned the project several years ago as a way to bring a taste of his home state to Denver. He teamed up with Culinary Creative to open Maine Shack. They are bringing an authentic taste of New England to land-locked Colorado, serving up traditional New England  shack fare – steamed and fried whole belly clams, lobster rolls, clam chowder and more.
