Keegan Labrador

Director of Beverage

A hospitality professional with deep expertise in cocktail culture and beverage development, Keegan Labrador is the director of beverage for Culinary Creative Group. Raised in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, Labrador began his hospitality career working in his family’s restaurants before earning a degree in history from the University of South Florida. After relocating to Chicago, he refined his craft and developed a passion for beverage while working in the city’s cocktail bar scene.

Labrador joined Culinary Creative Group in 2017 as a bartender at Señor Bear, where he later led the restaurant’s beverage program. Since then, he has expanded his leadership across the group’s portfolio, overseeing beverage programs for Mister Oso, Bar Dough and Chef Carlo Lamagna’s Magna Kainan. Known for his thoughtful approach to hospitality and beverage innovation, Labrador continues to advance his expertise through professional certifications, including Certified Pisco Specialist and Level II Mezcal Sommelier credentials, while currently pursuing his Level II WSET certification in wine.
