Sang Pfeiffer

Director of Human Resources

Sang Pfeiffer, SHRM-CP, serves as Director of Human Resources for Culinary Creative Group, where she leads HR strategy, employee relations, leadership development, benefits, and compliance initiatives that support the company’s continued growth. She partners closely with operational leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and foster a culture of engagement and accountability.

Sang brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across human resources, operations, and organizational management. Prior to joining CCG in 2023, she spent more than a decade with Worldwide Express, ultimately serving as Human Resources Director, where she helped guide workforce strategy, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement through periods of significant growth. Earlier in her career, she served as a Unit Program and Budget Coordinator with the United States Department of Defense at Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan.

Sang earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and has held the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential since 2017. She is committed to ensuring CCG team members feel supported, empowered, and inspired to grow both personally and professionally.
